Cycling Classes

Stationary Bikes. Forward Thinking.

We offer 45 minute in-studio cycling classes for up to 19 patrons on our STAGES SC2 bicycles. We are a metrics-free studio and rely solely on the beat of the music to guide our movement journey. We’ve partnered with SOUND OFF EXPERIENCE TM to give you a premium, individualized musical journey. Enjoy our LED mood-enhancing lighting and mirrors to check your form and connect with the community. All classes are live-streamed for at-home participants.

When you take a REV class, you become part of a larger community of people that are supportive of your wellness journey. You’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful connections with our teachers and other REVers in our studio and virtually at our online “I rev” community.

Enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee before or after class, free wifi to share your sweaty selfies, or freshen up with a shower. Please bring your own cleansing products and towel.

We take pride in making sure your fitness experience is enjoyable by placing the focus on music and mindfulness and not metrics. You decide how hard you work in every class, and we’ll provide the motivation to get you there.

REVENDURE

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. REV up longer hill climbs and brisk flat roads that mimic a traditional outdoor ride. This class aims to keep you in the same training zone for 75% of the class and offers an anaerobic push towards the finish. This class will help you build up your aerobic base by including endurance “ pace efforts” and “hill breakaways.” Riders can always opt in or out of any suggested movement. Ride time: 40 minutes.

REVCLIMB

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. REV uphill for 35-40 minutes at a resistance of 5 or higher. Riders can expect long, sustained climbing (both in the saddle and in 3rd position) with some sweeping downhill to break up the effort. Periods of rest and recovery are offered, and riders can always opt in or out of any suggested movement. Ride time: 40 minutes.

REVTHRIVE

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. This is an interval based class featuring accelerations (sprints), climbs, jumps, isolations, tap backs and may include upper body movements. Thrive is a great way to improve your anaerobic fitness. Periods of rest and recovery are offered and riders can always opt in or out of any suggested movement. Ride time: 40 minutes.

REV TABATA

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. This class comprised of several “Tabata” intervals. A Tabata is 20 seconds of effort and then 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Each Tabata is 4 minutes in length. Your class will have up to ten different Tabata drills, such as: climbs, sprints, and breakaways. Periods of rest and recovery are offered and riders can always opt in or out of any suggested movement. Ride time: 40 minutes.

Introductory

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. This is an introductory and fundamentals of cycling class geared towards riders with minimal to zero experience with indoor cycling. These classes are offered free of charge and appear twice a month. Check the schedule for offerings. Ride time: 40 minutes.
