COVID-19 PROTOCOL AND PROCEDURE:

We no longer require vaccination against Covid-19 to participate in our studio classes. Masks are not required but welcome. Please stay home if you are sick or think you have been exposed to Covid-19. You can email the studio at [email protected] if you need to reschedule due to illness. We will work with you.

Where is REV located?

REV studio is located in the heart of Burlington’s South End corridor. Our physical address is 257 Pine Street and we are nestled in the same building as “New England Floor Covering” and “Aikido of Champlain Valley”. Our entrance is at the back of the building, not street-side. We are across from “Tom Girl Juice”and the “Soda Plant”.

Where can I park?

We rely mostly on street parking, with a few on-site parking spots available. You can find parking on Pine Street and Kilburn Street and neighboring lots before and after business hours. Please plan ahead so you do not arrive late to class. Car-pooling, walking and cycling to classes are always welcome.

New to our cycling studio?

PLEASE arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class so we can: verify your vaccination status and help you set up your bike. Late arrivals may not be permitted to ride.

Our bikes are equipped with dual sided pedals that allow for Shimano SPD compatible clips or sneakers. Please bring CLEAN sneakers or cycling shoes to REV in. No outside shoes are allowed in the studio. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes before you enter the studio.
Wear sweat wicking, comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and towel. We do not have towel service at this time. However, you can purchase water and a towel towel at the front desk.

Do you have beginner classes?

We are proud to offer FREE Intro to Cycling Classes on a regular basis. Please check our schedule for offerings. We recommend our intro classes for clients with zero to limited experience with indoor cycling. If you are seeking an introduction to fundamental movements and learning the basics, our beginner tutorials are for you.

What kind of bikes do you have?

REV’s fleet consists of STAGES SC2 bikes with dual sided SPD pedal technology. We do not have computer metrics on our bikes.

What Amenities do you have?

We offer free coffee, access to gender-free locker rooms, toilets, and showers. We provide complimentary hair ties and feminine hygiene products (just ask). Forgot your water bottle? We sell water at the front-desk (tap is always free). Forgot your sweat towel? We sell sweat towels at the front desk.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a class credit for a canceled reservation, you must cancel your class 12 hours or MORE, prior to your scheduled class. Once you cancel a class, it is returned to your account to be used at a future date. Classes cancelled within 12 hours of your scheduled class will be forfeited. Please be sure to cancel your class online so another REVer can attend, it’s the cool thing to do.

Please stay home if you are sick or think you have been exposed to Covid-19. You can email the studio at [email protected] if you need to reschedule due to illness. We will work with you.
