What is Rev?
REV is Vermont’s premier boutique fitness facility, offering the best in group fitness and indoor cycling classes in a non-judgemental environment. All cycling classes take place in a candle lit room with no mirrors so you can immerse yourself in the beat of the music. All group fitness classes are held in our state of the art field house, with 60 feet of AstroTurf, TRX, weights, Concept2 machines and more. No previous exercise experience is necessary and all ability levels are welcome and encouraged! ANY class can be your first class at REV, so get started today!
New to our cycling studio?
New cyclists PLEASE arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class so we can help you set up. When class begins, the lights turn off and late arrivals will have a difficult time setting up in the dark.
Our bikes are equipped with dual sided pedals that allow for Shimano SPD compatible clips or sneakers. Please bring CLEAN sneakers or cycling shoes to REV in. No outside shoes are allowed in the studio. We do have used cycling shoes to borrow.
Wear sweat wicking, comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. We have free towels and filtered water.
Do you have beginner classes?
We are proud to offer FREE Intro to Cycling and FREE Intro to REV-X classes on a bi-weekly basis. We recommend our intro classes for clients with zero to limited experience with either cycling or strength training. If you are seeking an introduction to fundamental movements and learning the basics, our beginner tutorials are for you. Please check our schedule for these periodic offerings.
What kind of bikes do you have?
REV’s fleet is comprised of Schwinn A.C. Performance Plus and Carbon Blue bikes with dual sided SPD pedal technology. We do not have computer metrics on our bikes.
What Amenities do you have?
We offer free towel service, free coffee, free filtered water and you have access to locker rooms, toilets, and showers. We provide complimentary soap, shampoo, styling products and hair ties. Forgot your water bottle? We sell water and on-site grab-and-go raw foods so you can refuel and replenish after a hard workout.
Where can I park?
REV has 34 dedicated parking spots on site. We recognize that there is not always enough parking for all reserved clients, so please plan accordingly. There is FREE parking 24/7 located at Farrell Park on Swift Street as overflow. We offer FREE classes to clients that bike, run, or walk to class – pick up your “Park & Walk” card at the front desk. Car pooling and ride sharing when possible are appreciated.
To receive a class credit for a canceled reservation, you must cancel your class 12 hours prior to your scheduled class. Once you cancel a class, it is returned to your account to be used at a future date. Classes not canceled 12 hours prior to your scheduled class will be forfeited, and unlimited memberships will be charged $5 per no show or if the cancellation occurs outside of the 12-hour window. Thank you for your cooperation – no refunds or credits will be issued – no exceptions.
Wait list/ Stand-by Policy
REV does not keep a waiting list. Please keep checking the web or mobile app for seats to become available. If you would like to ride stand-by, please show up for the class you’d like to ride and we will sell those seats on a first come, first served basis if we have openings.
Reserved REVers, if you are late to your scheduled class and REV has a stand-by rider, REV reserves the right to sell your seat away and you will be billed for a no show. Please be on time to class.
Do you have student discounts?
Yes! Please contact us to get yours.
Is Rev for anyone?
YES. We have clients that range in age between 13-80 years. We ask that minors under 16 ride accompanied with a parent/guardian. We welcome and encourage EVERY BODY type and ability level. Please email us if you have specific questions or are curious about how to get started on your REV journey.
