FAVORITE EXERCISE/STRENGTH MOVE:
It’s a love hate relationship with squat thrusters (why are they so sneaky painful?!). I also love a good cardio crushing workout with rowing, burpees and box jumps.
Like the home grown Vermonter I am… I’m going to say that my special talent is stacking wood. Notable seconds… cartwheels and hiking up mountains without tripping all the time!

I REV because of the positive energy I feel right when I walk in the door. I love seeing all the smiles, sweat and high fives! REV feels like a family and not “just a workout place” and I LOVE that!
